Within the role you will be responsible for a team of Business Controllers, you will report to Head of Group Controlling and Finance Development and will play an important role in both the Group Controlling – and IT- Management team.

Your mission and responsibilities

You will act as a Finance Business Partner to the Electrolux Group IT management team to drive the development and execution of the IT strategy including active involvement in Business planning, Risk assessment and overall finance Business support. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the P&L and Balance Sheet management and analysis for Electrolux IT with business insight creation in focus. You will also take an active part in the Group Controlling & Finance Development management team drive optimization of finance related processes such as internal invoicing, project tracking and capital investments as well as improved visibility and harmonization for structural cost reporting and performance management. Additionally, you will have the responsibility to lead and support your team of three Business Controllers.

Qualifications and Experience

Your personality in combination with relevant experience, and a passion of working with both operational controlling and also lead your staff.

  • Master´s degree in Finance/Accounting or another relevant field
  • Several years of relevant experience from a similar role and strong leadership experience with interest and ability to manage a team
  • Strong digital and financial experience
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
