About the Role

The Atlas Copco Corporate Finance team is looking for a Corporate Finance Specialist to join them at the Atlas Copco Group headquarters in Sickla, Stockholm.  You will be part of a small and dynamic team responsible for valuations in both an M&A and internal context, external funding and pension asset management. The role requires engaging a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders ranging from Group functions to Business Development managers in all Business Areas and individual Business Controllers within the Atlas Copco Group to banks and various advisors outside the Group.

The responsibilities of the role include, together with the team:

  • Maintaining and continuously developing valuation models and -practices.
  • Supporting acquisition projects with valuations, valuation review, financial analyses, and market benchmarking.
  • Providing extensive transaction support and assisting in the evaluation of external acquisition proposals.
  • Conducting valuations for internal restructuring purposes and managing annual impairment testing of Goodwill and subsidiary share values.
  • Managing the external funding of the Group and ensuring adequate liquidity through active cash flow forecasting.
  • Supporting the Pension asset management function with investment analyses for new potential investments and follow-up of portfolio performance.

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, well-organized, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You should have:

  • Degree (primarily master’s degree) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
  • Extensive command of MS Office 365 and GPS
  • Expertise in business valuation and/or financial modeling
