As Head of Financial Steering, you will lead a strategic initiative, collaborate with senior finance leaders worldwide, and be at the forefront of shaping the future of financial structures for a global company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a strategic initiative within TFS, the Financial and Risk Steering Model.
- Directly manage two FTEs.
- Oversee implementation, governance and maintenance of the Financial and Risk Steering model across all TRATON Financial Services’ brands.
- Serve as the global counterpart for the Financial Steering within the TRATON Financial Services Group.
- Drive changes and updates in reporting systems, financial principles, and policies in a global environment.
- Collaborate closely with Business Controllers and Finance Directors across TRATON brands as well as colleagues at TFS HQ in Södertälje.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Controlling or a similar financial role.
- Experience in international corporate finance with complex structures.
- Fluency in English and Swedish (both written and spoken).
- Academic degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
