Your Role

As a Finance Business Partner at Svea Solar, you will play a key role in driving financial foresight, supporting commercial decision-making, and ensuring optimal revenue flow and profitability. This position acts as a bridge between finance and business operations, providing strategic insights to support Svea Solar’s continued growth.

The role combines forward-looking financial planning with hands-on financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and business alignment. You will gain broad exposure across the company and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders. The position reports directly to the Head of Business Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Strategic Finance

  • Develop financial models to assess business opportunities, revenue streams, and market trends.
  • Provide proactive insights on pricing, profitability, and competitive positioning.
  • Partner with commercial teams to optimize product mix, sales channels, and customer profitability.

Revenue & Cash Flow Optimization

  • Ensure clarity in revenue flows, cost drivers, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Track key financial KPIs, including margin performance and CAC efficiency.
  • Drive improvements in order-to-cash processes and net working capital (NWC) optimization.

Financial Planning & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate month-end closing, revenue recognition, and variance analysis.
  • Conduct profitability analysis across segments, customers, and products.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting with data-driven recommendations.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Finance, Accounting, Engineering)
  • Several years of experience as a Business Controller.
  • Strong track record in financial modeling, commercial analysis, and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience in a fast-growing company, startup, or scale-up environment is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Power BI and MS Business Central.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
