Your future role

As a Head of FP&A at Svea Solar, you are part of the Global Finance leadership team. You will be the overall responsible for how we improve and drive financial planning and what analytical tools and models Svea Solar applies to support achieving financial business goals. The role reports to the Head of Business Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare monthly financial reports for the Board and Executive Management Team.
  • Own flash results and closing meetings, ensuring accuracy in management accounts.
  • Enhance financial reporting to improve business insights and foresight.

Standard & Live Reporting Development

  • Expand monthly, weekly, and live reporting beyond financial metrics in collaboration with IT and business teams.
  • Improve situational awareness by integrating financial and operational data.

Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Steer multi-year planning, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with business controllers.
  • Own and develop financial planning models and tools for strategic decision-making.

Group-Level Analysis & Performance Monitoring

  • Lead profitability analysis and deep-dive financial reviews across the portfolio.
  • Support management with data-driven insights to optimize financial performance.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Finance, Accounting, Engineering)
  • Extensive experience in FP&A or Group-level Business Controlling
  • Leadership skills and broad financial expertise, including leasing portfolios, capital structure, accounting principles, and inventory recognition
  • Experience in a fast-growing company, startup, or scale-up environment is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with Power BI and MS Business Central
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
